Met with Storefronts

Looking forward to my residency. Met with Rebecca Solverson and Matthew Richter on Friday which gave us a chance to meet face to face, answer/ ask questions, and talk about next steps.
Still don't have the dates worked out but will let everyone know as soon as I do.
Saw my friend and fellow artist Mary Ellen Bowers from Interurban Center for the Arts at City Hall. She too will have a residency next year.

I've Been Accepted for the Storefronts Program

Yeah for me! I just got my confirmation email. I'll soon have a downtown storefront for my woodcarving studio.  Still have to work out the dates but I am really excited.

"Dear Artist,
Thank you for your application to theStorefronts Auburn program, and congratulations! The review panel loved your proposal, and we would be honored to have you be a part of our 2012 program on and around Main Street."

Can't wait to see what artists and installations there will be in downtown Auburn 2012. Looking forward to a very good New Year.

Auburn Storefronts Residency Program

Hoping I can participate in this program.

Storefronts Auburn is a neighborhood activation program, supporting the health and
vitality of Auburn's historic downtown through temporary pairings of artists and creative businesses with vacant storefronts spaces.  Storefronts Auburn is a partnership between Storefronts Seattle, Shunpike, and City of Auburn.
